Management

	Olena MALYNSKA Chair of the Board Ms. Malynska has been chair of the Energobank Management Board since March 2010. She draws on over 13 years of experience in the financial sectors of Ukraine and the United States, including 8 years in management positions with foreign-owned banks in Ukraine. Her previous position was deputy chair of the Management Board and chief financial officer of the PJSC Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).
	Yaroslav SPITSYN First Deputy Chair of the Board Mr. Spitsyn has been serving as first deputy chair of the Energobank Management Board since February 2005. He began his banking career in 1990. Before joining Energobank, Mr. Spitsyn held management positions at the CJSC NRB-Ukraine and the OJSC Oschadbank.
	Alla VOLSKA Chief Financial Officer Ms. Volska has been with Energobank since April 2010. She has a 13-year track record in finance industry, including 7 years in management positions at foreign-owned banks in Ukraine – the PJSC Alfa-Bank (2006-2010) and the PJSC ING Bank Ukraine (2004-2006), and 6 years in consulting – PricewaterhouseCoopers (1998-2004).
	Andriy MOISEENKO Deputy Chair of the Board, Head of Retail Business Mr. Moiseenko has been with Energobank since April 2010. He has been working in banking for 9 years, holding management positions ranging from branch manager to member of the Management Board. Before joining Energobank, Mr. Moiseenko worked as executive director of ProCredit Bank (Ukraine).
	Natalya Shiposha Deputy Chair of the Board, Head of Corporate Business Ms. Shiposha has been with Energobank since May 2011. She has 17years of experience in the financial sector of Ukraine, from Deputy Branch Director to member of the Management Board. Before joining Energobank, Ms. Shiposha held management positions at JSC Brokbusinessbank and PJSC Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).
	Sergiy SAKUNOV Deputy Chair of the Board, Chief Operational Officer Mr. Sakunov has been with Energobank since April 2010. He draws on 20 years of banking experience, 18 of which were spent in management positions with foreign-owned banks, including the JSC Societe Generale, JSC HVB, PJSC Alfa-Bank, and ProstoFinance LLC. Mr. Sakunov came to Energobank from the PJSC Plus Bank, where he had served as chief financial officer since 2008.
