For the convenience of individual entrepreneur customers ENERGOBANK has developed a new tariff package called Entrepreneur.
The Entrepreneur tariff plan is aimed at business people that rarely use their current account (make up to five transactions a month), and do not use the Client-Bank system. This proposal would allow businessmen to optimize their banking services cost and save money.

Due to the reconstruction of the ENERGOBANK PJSC service center for legal entities 9/9 at Luteranska St., the Center for client complex service (both for individuals and legal entities) has been relocated from the office on the Luteranska St. to the ENERGOBANK PJSC branch No 7 on 3 Stanislavskoho St..

During the "Energobank’s" Shareholders’ Extraordinary General Meeting, which was held on December 20, 2011 in Kyiv, it was decided that the Bank’s share capital should be increased by UAH 99 875 000,00.
The Bank’s capital increase, as decided by shareholders, will be achieved through additional contributions in the form of funds by supplementary issue and placement of 99 875 000 ordinary shares at the price of UAH 1,00 each.
