The Energobank’s authorized capital will be increased by about UAH 100 million

 During the "Energobank’s" Shareholders’ Extraordinary General Meeting, which was held on December 20, 2011 in Kyiv, it was decided that the Bank’s share capital should be increased by UAH 99 875 000,00. The Bank’s capital increase, as decided by shareholders, will be achieved through additional contributions in the form of funds by supplementary issue and placement of 99 875 000 ordinary shares at the price of UAH 1,00 each.
